Bicentennials—The Star Spangled Banner and the Saxophone

Celebrate two important musical anniversaries with the Indiana Wind Symphony and internationally recognized saxophone virtuoso Kenneth Tse—the two-hundredth anniversary of the Star Spangled Banner and the two-hundredth birthday of Adolphe Sax, inventor of the saxophone.

 


 

Summon the Heroes

In a concert dedicated to heroism, Kelleen Strutz joins the Indiana Wind Symphony in a striking performance of the first movement from what is often described as the greatest piano concerto ever written, Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Minor.
