Nicole Keller

Executive Director

Nicole brings extensive administrative experience in nonprofit, arts, and mission-driven organizations. She has proven strengths in strategic planning, board collaboration, donor engagement, and volunteer coordination. As co-president of the North Central High School Band Parent Organization, she helped raise over $50,000 annually, while leading marketing communications and grant efforts for other schools and community arts programs. Nicole’s background as managing editor and media executive highlights her strong skills in facilitation, communication, and organizational development. A lifelong musician and advocate for arts education, she is passionate about supporting and growing community-based arts organizations like the IWS.
